      Pros

      In the Geospatial office (Sterling VA, Woburn MA, Missoula, MO) the management was changed about a year ago. The company has been revitized and it's a great place to work. Great products, exciting technology and wonderful team oriented people to work with. The VP of the organization knows the business, is honest, truly cares about our customers and employees.

      Cons

      As long as the current VP is in place, I don't see any cons

      Pros

      Decent working conditions and hours. Employees are definitely their best asset. Salaries are average for the industry but raises have fallen off in the last couple of years.

      Cons

      Too bad management doesn't realize that employees made the company what it was and is. No loyalty to long term employees. Many feel like they are being or have been forced out. Very low employee morale.

      AAI is a company that thrives on longevity. There is years of experience and knowledge of the company. AAI delivers awesome products.

      Cons

      Upper management is clueless. Textron Systems acquired AAI and is running all of the experience and knowledge out the door.....
