      Pros

      One of the best things about Overwatch Systems is they are very flexible with work schedules. Taking time off is fairly easy and engineers do not always need to report when they will be out.

      Cons

      There is no way for engineers to work remotely. This makes life challenging when working loads of overtime. Projects tend to end at Christmas time, so that is when the engineers are working the most overtime.

      Cool projects and well-run business- never any time to get bored

      Cons

      can be difficult to figure out who does what at first, but probably no more so than anywhere else

      AAI Corporation was a very good place to work because of the people and the respect that they all had for each other.

      Cons

      Working for AAI Corporation as a downside with the ability for the company to provided and allow for more advanced certification and qualifications to be earned.
