      Pros

      Diverse product lines offer a variety of skill areas to explore and develop an individuals career. Mobile individuals are highly regarded. Good rewards and recognition program for self starters. Solid leadership development program just starting to catch on - and it will make a difference sooner rather than later.

      Cons

      Like most other defense contractors they are scrambling a bit to stay relevant with their customers.

      Pros

      The salary and compensation were in line with other aviation companies. There is very little oversight at the company and much of the work can be done with flex time. The company events are tons of fun.

      Cons

      The offices at their Hunt Valley campus are sparsely populated and it is difficult to reach many people during normal hours.
