The team is a family . High number of vacation and other perks

Cons

Lower management is often tempted by micro-mngt and wage are low for a cpy on the market of high revenue products.

very international environment, many cool projects to work on , I really enjoyed my time there and i had a chance to have a real hand on experience in telecomms . Flexible hours and vacations were very good though.

Cons

the salary for interns was very low, but that is a common thing happening in europe. Slow communication with the HR was an issue too.

Cons

Not much structure to the internship program for my particular role. Lots of time could have been spent doing more productive work.
