Thales Australia is part of the Thales group which has a lot of amazing people with great skills, sense of community and passion for innovation. Unfortunately this culture is not in Thales Australia.

No innovation culture Poor HR management with high turnover (losing the best employees) Unskilled and inappropriate senior management No business strategy

They've got decent benefits and the aforementioned four weeks (20 days) of PTO per year to start.

Cons

Plenty of uncompensated OT. Like other IFE companies management is ruthless and cutthroat. I and a number of others were terminated without notice after less than a year of service. We figure we were replaced by our Indian brethren from HCL.
