      Pros

      Very good facilities Terrific additional extras to your salary package i.e. gym membership, cycle to work etc. Flexible working hours. Subsidised restaurant. Good work ethic.

      Cons

      Very large company in which you can just become a number although the different sections strive to combat this quite effectively. Any changes take a long time to be implemented

      Ok play to work if you like Overtime pay

      One of the rare companies that still have overtime pay. Benefits 100% employer paid. Bonus structure.

      Cons

      Management keeps reorganizing evert 2-3 years to try and turn the company from "disaster".
