      Great place to learn valuable experience for an intern, not great for full time employment however.

      Pros

      Great people, friendly atmosphere. Actually use their interns instead of making 'intern projects' that get thrown away. Whatever you make will in fact get used by your team and most likely other teams in the comopany. Decent starting wage ($20 hr). Very easy to come back to if you leave the company to focus on schoolwork or take another job.

      Cons

      Mundane. No hard deadlines and very low expectations of projects led by interns leads to very low motivation to finish said projects. Compensation and Salary is set in stone. Fresh graduates hired as software engineers are given 60k a year, no exceptions. Regardless of how knowledgeable said graduate is

      Pros

      Very dynamic engineering, with emphasis on innovation and systemic project management.

      Cons

      Not much on these, maybe the same dynamic aspect can drive sometime to un-managed change.

      Pros

      Good opportunities to move around, reasonable conditions and facilities. Quite an informal atmosphere. Fairly competitive pay and perks. Friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      Inconsistant - some parts of the company still have poor management. Very difficult to get the company to spend money on training. Poor internal communication: there is a lot of it but it is not all effective. Almost impossible to get any significant pay increases without moving jobs.
