Pros

- pleasant environment, generally nice, helpful colleagues - Christmas and Easter bonuses

Cons

- the upper management is sometimes not very transparent - the differences between the salaries of new comers and the older employees must be cancelled, especially when the older employees have better technical skills (and of course better business knowledge) than the newer ones.
