The projects are very interesting, and everyone works together as a family, there is always help from all departments when needed.

Pros

Salary within respect to other companies in Italy, very interesting environment, can be a unique experience in the aerospace field.

Cons

Human Resources, lot of extra hours, little holidays (even not all public holidays). Lot of colleagues have little time to spend with the family
