      Challenging work with a purpose. Profits are used to benefit the shareholders, who are all Aleut Alaska Natives. Experience growth through the recession.

      Cons

      Corporate governance requirements, by law, put the corporation at a competitive disadvantage when board members are elected who lack the education and business experience to properly support top management.
