The company has a lot of great employees that encourage you to suceed. The culture incentivizes risk taking and profitability.

Cons

The company will incentivize unlimited bonus potential, but corporate allocations take a large piece of the pie. Leaders in the company have started to make very questionable decisions and are non trustworthy. This was not always the case and is a new development. Leadership is largely unfit for their roles
