Pros

Beautiful office with 1 mile nature trail for walking; hybrid work schedule means I set my own hours; strong commitment to community service and support for employee volunteer activities; close relationships with farmers/growers; solid benefits; compensation structure means employee are rewarded in strong agriculture cycles; starting up DEI and ESG activities; solid leadership; great opportunities to take on new roles and responsibilities

Cons

Cost focus means that resources are tight/inadequate in services areas; still a lot of fragmentation and silos

Pros

somewhat flexible on your schedule and being in the agriculture area there's always going to be work to do.

Cons

the pay sucks, it seems like they go by the everyone gets a trophy mentality. you can bust your butt year round and you get the same pay raise as the guy who does little. you could be there for years (like 10+) and still make more starting out somewhere else

Pros

Benefits were decent. And MOST internal teams are flexible with schedules.

Cons

The people are so fake. They are friendly because its a corporate environment but they will talk about you behind your back the minute you leave. They lack back office structure and also lack inclusivity. If you are looking for a job where they work you hard and expect you to go above and beyond and then give you nothing in return, then by all means apply. Its always been and will be a “mens club” company. Every group is allowed its own management style so pay and “hand-me-down” training and feedback is inconsistent. And speaking of pay, the pay bands are so broad that you have no leg to stand on when negotiating for a raise. This company is a joke.
