The benefits are great. The pay is really good and there is room to move up. They teach you a lot.

Cons

The system in place is terrible. You have multiple bosses on-site, and they have their own set of multiple bosses offsite. This gives managers a DICTATORSHIP approach to all employees. They do not stick up for their own either.
