The Andersons is a family oriented company. They do their best to accommodate their employees for family care and obligations. Senior managers typically know their employees names and will stop to say hello when in your building. Although pay increases aren't monumental, the opportunity is still available during twice yearly reviews.

Cons

I have nothing negative about my time at The Andersons.

Pros

Overall, loved working with the people. Met many fantastic people over the years. Upper management very respectful to the rank and file.

Cons

Some people just shouldn't have had the positions that they did and nothing was ever done about it. Many issues not handled. Some people worked incredibly hard..others had no dedication. But I'm sure that's not unique to just this company
