The people here really want you to succeed. Everyone wants to grow together, and they definitely follow the code of ethics and the statement of principles. Family comes first if need be, and there is moderate leniency provided you meet expectations.

Cons

currently cycling out people close to retirement and adding younger talent, but not a lot of trickled down knowledge. People are slightly withholding despite leaving the work force.
