The Andersons is a family oriented company. They do their best to accommodate their employees for family care and obligations. Senior managers typically know their employees names and will stop to say hello when in your building. Although pay increases aren't monumental, the opportunity is still available during twice yearly reviews.

This was a very good company to work for. The values of the company along with the work life balance were good. They are very good at keeping interns involved through networking activities and after work events. Overall I enjoyed working here.

Cons

The company seemed to be unorganized in some areas making it difficult to complete tasks you were assigned.
