Excellent culture! The company treats it's employees well. Many that leave the company eventually come back. I have bee extremely fortunate to work at The Andersons as long as I have.

Cons

The company has less of a family feel than it did years ago.

Working with the good people and farmers that come through to do business with you

Actually working there. Dirty, nasty, Dangerous work. No respect for employees who put their life on line everyday. Safety is a joke to these people. The dust from bins will give you phenomena so be ready for that too. While your choking be prepared to be belittled, cursed out and generally treated poorly at the same time.
