Pros

Family atmosphere and everyone got along. The people were fun to work with. They are very lenient about requesting time off.

Cons

The retail store was somewhat mismanaged. There were frequent circumstances where product forecasting was very inaccurate causing a lot of product to spoil and be thrown out.

Some of the most genuinely nicest and kind hearted family and original owners as well as coworkers in all areas of the company. Great company and employee morale as well as great benefits. Raises given to deserving hard working employees and great recognition to hard work. Value in employee ideas and feedback.
