-Great communication between employees -Family type environment -Definitely room for advancement, if your willing to take on personal goals and learn other tasks.

Cons

I don't consider it a downside, but some do. Depending on which Work Group you are in during busy seasons you can expect to work everyday for two to three months at a time.

People are generally nice, mobility between business groups, some level of commitment to employees displayed by upper management

Cons

Confusing structure at times, inconsistency in management policies, outdated legacy systems interfacing with new systems on non-native OS's happens a lot.
