they have a good health benefit program and the pay is competitive. the employees tend to utilize teamwork quite often.

Cons

they eliminated their pension plan a few years ago and if you aren't an Ohio based location they tend to look the other way about a lot of things that should be assessed.

great place, great people. They are a true family, would highly recomend

Cons

Some days are more fast paced than others, but really I have no complaints. Everyone had such a passion for the company it was easy to go to work.
