Pros

The pay is pretty good with chances of getting small raises.

Cons

Your paycheck will never look the same. Cancelations are very common, and your hours are often not replenished.

Pros

Seeing progress in the clients is rewarding. The staff is great and help each other out.

Cons

The scheduling is not great most of the time. Long unpaid breaks between clients while having to spend 8:30-7 in the clinic sometimes. There are no benefits since they will likely keep you scheduled for just under 40 hours.
