Pros

Has good benefits and great account managers that work really hard to get the job done.

Cons

Not hiring enough AM, AM assistants to handle the workload, but hired so many bad mid-level managers that are micro-managing on everything such as you cannot talk to anyone for more than 3 minutes. No raises for 5 years even when the company profit grows 30% year over year.

Pros

Everyone not involved in sales is nice.

Cons

Favoritism, ageism, no career development. Middle management is overwhelmed with simple tasks, and their frustration and lack of professionalism is taken out on those around them.

We consider all feedback a gift so thank you for sharing your experience. We are intentional in providing our colleagues resources and support to achieve their full potential at all ages and walks of life. As with any company; however, there are times when a colleague and a leader or development program don’t click. We regret the environment didn’t result in sufficient career development and success for you - our leadership team will take what we learned from your feedback to improve the program. We wish you all the best in your future career endeavors and hope you land in place where you thrive.

Pros

Upper Management is communicative and transparent, they desire feedback and then do something with the response. The expectation and workload are challenging but not unmanageable. There is an open door policy no matter whose door you knock on. The President & CEO, walked over to thank my colleague for issuing a certificate in an expedient timeframe, after the encounter she said “I had no idea he even knew my name”. People need to know they are valuable to an organization, the Insgroup team is doing an amazing job relaying that to one another. I have felt cared about as a person during my employment, less than six weeks into my tenure, having emergency surgery, I was allowed to work from home for over a month. The expectation is, as you grow as a company, upper management becomes less accessible and less involved, NOT the case at here. In your career track nothing is as important as potential, which is plentiful here at Insgroup.

Cons

Galleria traffic. I'd like to work from home three days a week under normal circumstances.
