First of all, I would like to point out that I have no incentive to leave a positive or negative review. The following is a reflection of my genuine feelings about this organization. BKS is made up of some of the most passionate and experienced professionals in the insurance industry. During my time at BKS, I not only gained a lot of insurance knowledge, but I witnessed what a firm looks like when they have achieved peak productivity. In particular, I worked within the Private Risk Management Department in the Naples, FL office. The team consists of some of the most hard-working individuals I have ever encountered. They embody the spirit of a "client first" attitude and have cultivated a healthy working environment for all colleagues. I will always look back fondly when I think back to my time at BKS. Thank you.

Putting aside the snack cart that comes around at 3pm with free healthy snacks and the awesome coffee, tea and other drink selections, I would have to say that it is the environment. The people are fabulous, everyone works as a team and eager to assist. I have been very impressed with the Intellectual Capital. These guys know their business and are truly forward thinking Insurance Professionals. Management does not feel or act like management, they are all genuine, including the owner/partners. Company trips for all to Astros Games and more.
