Pros
Executive leadership genuinely cares about all of the colleagues - they always ask for our feedback and seriously consider our opinions before making company-wide decisions, i.e. when to reopen the office during the pandemic. Very competitive benefits package! Leadership wants this to be the best company you have ever worked for, and it shows in the way they listen to their people. Very inclusive and engaging!
Cons
There are little growing pains here and there, but nothing that can't be smoothed out with time. I think once there is more mid-level management and succession planning, then there will be even more growth opportunity!
