Best place I've ever worked by far. Amazing culture. Young, hardworking, self-motivated colleagues who are down to earth and helpful. The founding partners are approachable and kindhearted. They really take great care of colleagues through bonuses, paid time off, benefits, recognition, awards, retreats, casual Mondays and Fridays etc etc etc. The leadership team is constantly ensuring colleagues are taken care of and enjoy coming to work each day. Happy colleagues make for happy clients. And everyone here is genuinely happy to be here. Everyday is different from the next. It's challenging, fun and exciting.
Cons
Youre expected to learn a lot at a fast pace with minimal training and guidance initially. You really need to be a fast learner and self-motivated "go-getter" to survive here, but it's well worth any extra hours you put in or growing pains you encounter trying to learn so much so quickly.
