      PTO is generous, office is nice, flexibility to work from home, office or hybrid

      Cons

      Very clickish and mgmt entertains a lot of whining from employees that would be dismissed at bigger firms. Comp is lower than peers, work is not hard but not challenging either. Not a lot of sophistication.

      Choice of working from home or in the office.

      Cons

      No training, just company videos, for the first month and then thrown into the fire. My manager didn't know anything about benefits. When I needed help, she referred me to other employees. Unfortunately, the other employees were so busy working there was no time for training. Only for a "quick question" through Teams.
