      Good entry position Great colleagues Flexibility Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Management is terrible; no one is on the same page. They give out so many empty promises The politics of some departments is high school. Managers have favorites and they won’t promote you if they don’t like you.management takes negative about different departments and each other.they also do not pay. Raises are terrible.

      Pros

      Managers understand work isn’t your life and encourage work/life balance. They also promote within and are willing to help you earn licenses and accreditations. The people for the most part are great and I never dread going to work. Everyone is willing to help each other and has a good attitude.

      Cons

      Health benefits aren’t amazing. They offer lots of free online health classes (stress, mindfulness, eating healthy), but the actual health insurance and co-pays could be better.
