My time at BKS was the best years of my professional career. I cannot speak highly enough about the culture within the firm. The relationship among colleagues is parallel to what they are within a family. Everyone loves one another. All of management has a genuine concern about the well-being of each colleague and provided us all with the tools to be successful. I worked in the Private Risk Management division in particular and reported directly to Laura Sherman. She was a dream to report to and is a wealth of knowledge. The things I learned from her during my time at BKS will help me prosper the rest of my career. I learned more from her in three years than I had in the previous 20 years in the workforce combined. She was always willing to help me when I needed and appreciated any feedback I had for her in regards ideas to improve workflows

I was previously proud to say the company I worked for a company that took care of their employees and followed the Azimuth in all decision making, but it feels as if a switch has been flipped by senior management since beginning of Q1. The majority of colleagues care very much about their coworkers and clients.
