      How is management so out of touch?

      Pros

      If you’re one of the favorites you can come and go whenever you want. Watch TV on your phone and do nothing all day.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. Micromanagement is just getting worse and morale is the lowest i’ve seen it. You have managers talking smack about other employees to other employees. It’s not professional and putting others down doesn't make you more important, it makes you desperate.
