Fun and friendly company. Depending on the team, can be very helpful. Decent pay, unlimited PTO

Cons

Different teams/dept can be separate & doesn't communicate. Can be stressful. Some managers micromanage (even though they say they don't)

You get a nice title, the offices are nice.

Cons

The 4 people I still talk to who left, all mentioned hiring an attorney. 3 leaders, 1 pregnant associate. 0/20 vision to each other. hidden agendas, constant waves of layoffs. Crashing stock prices which were used for sign on bonuses. Flat companywide pay increases way below inflation. Decreasing year-end bonus year after year with increase work and company profits.
