      You only work with a small group as the main team. So if you happen to not get along with a coworker, you might be stuck.

      99% of the people I work with across the country are amazing individuals who are so nice & always willing to help. I've also never felt more supported in my life by management. Unlimited PTO is great & there are no expectations to work past 5pm ever!

      Cons

      Honestly, not a whole lot of bad things to say. But to name a few, there is absolutely no secrets ever.. Anything you say to anyone will get sent to your boss before you even get to work the next day. If you want to grow, there is definitely a path but more for the type of people willing to wait 5-10 years between leaps. Another thing... as someone who loves thinking outside the box & being creative, they make it pretty clear that they don't want that. I've been told numerous times that doing so will give the next person such high standards to live up to. To me, that's how a company continues to get better but I do understand the intend...
