      Good work/life balance, people are nice below the senior leadership level.

      Cons

      If you’re a man, you’ll do great. If you’re a woman, you may as well pass on by to the next place, unless you are happy to stay stagnant in the position you are hired into, while the boys get promoted all around you.

      as a broke 1099 agent, they keep you attending events that feed you and give free swag, had a great regional Manager
