Not focused on production. There are a few jobs at the company where their job is to make everybody’s job harder. 10 steps which could be 1 step - but hey, someone needs to justify their fake job so they push it to 10

Pros

Benefits are pretty good and reasonably priced. Chaotic management means not too much oversight.

Cons

"Building the plane in the air" This company has grown too fast and does not have the organizational infrastructure to support the acquisitions. Diversity is not demonstrated at senior leadership level and is not a concern, based on public comment made by CEO in a town hall meeting. The culture sounds good on paper but doesn't exist in reality. The potential is there for a good place to work, but the current leadership is totally unprepared and clueless about what to do.
