During Covid was unable to meet extremely high sales goals, was pressured into quitting with little to no help less than 4 months into the job.

Great medical, dental, etc benefits.

Cons

They do not care about there employees. They cut salaries when COVID started then got back to regular original salaries but won’t give increases.
