      Pros

      Great work life balance, wonderful colleagues, good pay.

      Cons

      Lots of work placed on consultants in benefits, especially when someone leaves and their clients are added to your book. can sometimes be hard to keep up. Also wish we had a paid family leave policy.

      Pros

      benefit package; not much else to provide. They offer several health insurance options and rolled back the vesting requirement

      Cons

      to many to list............. When you bring folks on in an aquisition - you need to really review their job functions and experience, education/background etc. To often, very seasoned people were knocked down to entry level positions and were not made right after multiple years..
