      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, hybrid remote schedule, and amazing colleagues! Leadership is very hands on and works hard to be fair and give everyone a voice. The work loads are manageable, but as with any job some months are better than others. I’ve never worked with a firm that promotes within as much as Insgroup. Hard work pays off.

      Cons

      Traffic could be better, but only coming in a few days every other week helps.
