Pros

Access to facilities. Great job is you are in high school or just out of college. Look else where if you want a career that could support a family.

Cons

Pretty much zero development outside of DiSC. No 1 on 1's.No talk of future, bonuses are a joke. Zero comp increase while i was there. Felt like they only took care of upper management. Club manager and above.

Pros

- Management cares about you, treat you well as a human being - Free access to the facilities is an awesome perk - Clean - The company as a whole seems to be headed in the right direction

Cons

- Lower traffic than other gyms, so you have to make every intro session you do count. Less room for error in the sales process
