It’s hard to put into words what this company means to me. I found my heart, soul, and joy for this industry here—over and over again.
I started at the very beginning, an entry-level lifeguard and swim instructor who wasn’t the best student but a passion for getting my hands dirty, being around water, and bringing people together through experiences and events. I had no idea that my journey would evolve into becoming an Operations Manager, then a Vice President, to an Senior VP. Being a brand-new female leader was something I wasn’t sure I could do—but my team and the peers around me helped me find my “we.” They reminded me that leadership isn’t about having all the answers; it’s about growing together, lifting others, and showing up for one another.
I’m incredibly thankful to this company for taking a chance on me—for giving me a few inches and letting me run miles. Along the way, I’ve learned, stumbled, grown, and continue to be challenged every single day.
