Pros

- Great to place to work if you have a great work ethic, opportunities are sky high - Middle management are always great people and great employees - Unlimited PTO for salaried employees - They promote from within and truly stick to that, especially at middle management which is really encouraging - You meet amazing people and get to build a great rapport with them - The company is expanding quickly and is bringing unprecedented growth and opportunities to people who may not have had them before - Very accepting of tattoos even for people like me who are covered in them

Cons

- No cost of living raises or merit based raises for anyone that’s not an executive, which is why turnover is extremely high - Upper management will sell you on ideas that may or may not come true to keep you around - Middle managers have their work ethic and kindness taken advantage of, as well as constantly being overshadowed by sales because “sales is king” no matter how well you run a club - Sales we’re often told are king and when you get a sale it’s not “congratulations” instead it’s “what’s next in your pipeline” - 2x per year dues increases make it hard on sales people to sell and keep sales and even harder on frontline staff who have to answer for it but have no control over the decisions - 2500-5000 employees on your payroll working really hard but 20 college kids who are all interns get to have memorable experiences while us frontline and middle management employees continue to take hits from members about dues increases and lack of amenities (in some locations, some are outstanding)

Pros

Free membership, nice facility, friendly co-workers..

Cons

Terrible management, management always changing, rude members, no promotion from within. Members swear at you for asking them to check in, throw things at you and management apologizes to them.
