Pros

Gym membership and marriot discount, easy parking.

Cons

Management is shady. Misleading, doesn’t understand how to hire, train, or educate employees. Spa needs some serious attention and reevaluate who they put in charge. Unfair compensation.

Pros

-Free membership for you, your spouse, and your kids if you have any. BC facilities are pretty nice and have a lot of equipment available. Also, if you're a tennis player the indoor courts are nice. -Discount on some services

Cons

Mostly about management: -play favorites -if you're not in their circle you feel like an outsider at your own job -force you to perform tasks that are clearly not your job -general disorganization, I really do believe a lot of the uppers just don't know how to run a high end club -if one of the uppers don't like you, they give you the cold shoulder -uppers will act nice but are actually just being fake -uppers don't take member complaints seriously which makes things awkward with the members and regular workers -general miscommunication with employees Also, for a high end club the pay rate is a complete joke. At other high end clubs front desks usually are paid $18-$21 an hour, here they are paid the absolute minimum. For the teaching pros (tennis) it can be hard to maintain clients due to general discontent with how everything is.
