      Pros

      Getting to work with an active team who are trying to help people lead heathier lives. A workforce that is supportive and really cares about the product. Innovative and staying relevant in the sports, outdoor recreation, and active lifestyle industry.

      Cons

      Not too many to mention. A better tech system to get club memos out to our members would be helpful.
