Challenging in the best way — real growth and real rewards

Pros

The culture here is fast-paced and definitely pushes you, but if you’re willing to work hard, leadership notices. They invest in your growth, in your role and beyond! I’ve grown so much since I started, not just in my skills, but in how I think, lead, and show up, and I’ve always felt supported by my team and people across the company. Also, there’s a level of transparency here that’s rare. You always know where the company is headed, and it’s clear leadership is serious about associate growth. Just look at how much the annual meetings (aka "retreat") have evolved for example, the speakers, the energy, the chance to hear directly from board members, shows how much they’re investing in the future, both for the company and for us. The free membership to all the clubs is a huge perk, and the people you work with make a real difference. It’s a collaborative environment where good ideas and hard work get noticed, no matter your title. The pace isn’t for everyone—it’s fast, and expectations are high—but if you want to be challenged, supported, and given opportunities to grow, it’s a great place to build your career!

Cons

The fast pace and high standards here are part of the territory at a growing company, and it can be demanding. The constant change can feel overwhelming at times, but the transparency and support from leadership make it motivating and manageable. If you prefer a more predictable environment, it may not be the best fit. However, for those who enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and creativity, there’s a lot to gain.

Pros

Working for the Bay Club is an opportunity to become a leader in your local community. From providing spaces and events for connection, to innovating on the latest in wellness and sports, it feels great to be a part of something that makes a difference for so many.

Cons

Bay Club requires a commitment to hard work, ruthless consistency, and deep hospitality, and thus, is not the environment for everyone. But, if you're willing to put in the effort, you will be challenged and rewarded!
