Pros

I applied to the Bay Club after the pandemic and was a former paid member in the FIDI. I wanted to work here as I have really enjoyed my experience as a member and they are flexible with students. I was invited to an interview quickly and was hired quickly. The company has a lot of charismatic folks and they have been very welcoming. You get a free membership to the club as well as a nice patagonia jacket free. They have a uniform but you can also purchase some nice items to wear if you want. I plan to work here until I finish my studies and either become a paid member or work once a week if they will let me. The place expects professionalism and high end customer service skills as the clients expect it as well. You are expected to do front desk, garage attendant, clean up the weight rooms and so on. If you are into the hospitality and health industry its a good entry point. If you are a student seeking a nice clean place to work in your free time its great. You can see a personal trainer for cheap as an employee The locker rooms are totally spa'd out

Cons

standing alot can cause back pain clients can be disrespectful... good to learn the 4 agreements. you can sometimes feel ugly as so many of the members are absolutely gorgeous.

Pros

Well the most obvious perk is you get to use the facility along with your employment.

Cons

This is not necessarily a con if you're a workaholic but boy do they like to work you, if you do not mind dedicating a lot of your time to your career then by all means do not consider this a bad thing.
