      Strong Culture with a Bright Outlook

      Pros

      A fast growing and culturally driven company. The Bay Club Company is growing quickly, and is ran by people who have worked in the clubs and have the perspective of what the field goes through on a day to day basis. There is a strong culture, rooted in competitiveness and a high level of execution. Expect to work hard, but know that all of your peers and the people calling the shots are working just as hard as you are. The work is rewarding, giving our members an elevated experience for them and their families.

      Cons

      Working for Bay Club is not for everyone. You have to be completely bought in and ready for a grind. Work/life balance is not the best, but the work is beyond rewarding and you are well compensated.
