      Got paid well, only part time so hours aren't horrible, you get a free membership if your an employee working a certain amount of hours a week.

      Cons

      If you don't like working with kids, this isn't for you

      Pros

      This position is low stress, with minimal oversight. The members are well behaved and the staff are friendly and supportive. In addition having access to the club's facilities is a convinience that cannot be understated.

      Cons

      Unfortunately this position does not offer much in the way of hours and little in the way of career progression.

      - Fun colleagues, exciting work

      Cons

      - Compensation is below market - Associates are asked to take on a lot despite minimum wage compensation with no prospect for increase - Upper management constantly changes initiatives depending on which way the wind is blowing and what the CEO is emphasizing this week - No one will contradict the CEO out of fear - teams are led by fear based tactics - Expected to work 6-7 days a week with promise of equity at some point, company has full control over whether or not you receive that equity
