Pros

Great firm with a strong culture. Comprised entirely of experienced consultants; they trust you to do the work your own way while still giving you support when you need it. The whole firm is structured to give you the time and space to do a good job for your clients.

Cons

Small firm culture isn't for everyone. There is an emphasis on providing consultants variety in their client work, this might not appeal to those seeking to stay exclusively in their industry of choice or area of most expertise.

Pros

A truly honest, open consulting company with integrity and a complete lack of hierarchy. Such a refreshing place to work in a typically competitive and hierarchical industry!

Cons

Assignments can be quite intense as we work in senior roles next to client leadership, this means the hours can periodically be quite long!

Pros

-Open, honest culture (this has an impact on everything but was especially apparent in the way the partners handled the COVID pandemic and communicated with the firm) -Smart, fun colleagues who enjoy developing relationships with each other and clients -Challenging client work across many industries and a good mix of longstanding and newer clients -An environment that is set up to help people stay in consulting for the long-term. I would say the median age is probably late 30s / early 40s and a majority of people have kids; much different than the age profile and pyramid structure of a large consulting firm

Cons

-As others have mentioned, partner group is not diverse but they are aware this is an issue and Consultant hiring in recent years has been very diverse
