Our New York office was opened in the summer of 2016, as a response to our clients who wanted us to provide ground support on international assignments in the Americas. Since then we have gone from strength to strength and have worked with some fantastic clients in the US. Our New York office continues to more than double in size each year, starting from just one partner, we now have 4 partners and 15 consultants.
We’ve deliberately managed our growth over the years to make sure we retain the values and culture that make us different. We’ve done this by growing organically rather than through acquisition, delivering high quality work, developing long-term client relationships, and creating a distinctive style of working and set of values. These are not just words on a slide; rather they are part of the fabric of how we do business.
