It was a chance to recognize our incredible people who bring energy, talent and dedication to their work every day - creating not just brilliant outcomes for clients, but also a supportive, fun and close knit community. We’re proud of the business we have built in the US together, and excited for everything still to come!

A new chapter for Berkeley in the US! We’ve moved to the Rockefeller Center - marking 10 years of Berkeley’s operation in the US. Ten years ago, increasing client demand led us to open our New York hub: a natural next step for a firm built on long-lasting, high trust relationships and a commitment to helping organisations navigate their most complex and critical transformations. At The Berkeley Partnership, we believe in the power of service to bring people together and create positive change. To celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day, our team came together to assemble food kits for Food Bank For NYC, contributing to Dr. King's vision of community.
In our recent Great Place to Work survey, 100% of our people said they were made to feel welcome upon joining. This month, we’re proud to extend that same warm welcome to John Austin and Alex Harrison, the newest members of our Berkeley team. John joins Berkeley after 9 years with Deloitte Consulting. At Deloitte, he worked primarily with telecommunications, media and entertainment clients to design and deliver enterprise-wide operating models and global tech-enabled transformations. John is hugely excited to leverage his experience and skills to help Berkeley’s clients achieve their goals. Alex joins Berkeley after 11 years in EY’s Business Consulting practice. During his time at EY, Alex specialised in large-scale finance transformations, primarily within the media and entertainment sector. His experience spans delivering enterprise-wide technology implementations across global functions, designing and restructuring operating models, and supporting clients in defining forward-looking finance strategies. Alex looks forward to bringing this experience to Berkeley and applying it across a broad range of client challenges. For International Men’s Day, and as part of Men’s Mental Health Month, our teams in London and New York came together over lunch to pause, share gratitude, and talk about well-being. The Women @ Berkeley Network also created a Wall of Thanks, showcasing heartfelt thanks to the men who make a difference every day. It was a simple but powerful reminder that appreciation and mental health go hand in hand.
Our New York team spent a meaningful weekend in Greenport, combining time to connect with sessions on AI, sustainability, data, and IPAs. Our recent Great Place to Work survey found that 100% of this team say Berkeley provides a highly supportive and collaborative environment - and this time together brought that to life.
