In our recent Great Place to Work survey, 100% of our people said they were made to feel welcome upon joining. This month, we’re proud to extend that same warm welcome to Lindsey Cox and Haley Delatte, the newest members of our Berkeley team. Lindsey joins our London hub after 12 years with IBM Consulting. At IBM, she worked primarily with UK public sector clients, leading large scale digital transformations and strategy engagements. She also led initiatives to drive productivity using generative AI technologies. Lindsey is excited to build on her experience and apply her skills and passion to help a broader range of clients deliver lasting outcomes. Haley joins our New York hub after 7 years in EY's Business Consulting practice. At EY, she worked across industries, particularly within media, entertainment and telco, on large-scale finance transformations. She has partnered with clients to deliver enterprise-wide, global technology implementations and design future state target operating models. Haley is excited to leverage and build upon her existing experience to work alongside and support the goals of Berkeley's clients. We were delighted to welcome James Wilson (The Sleep Geek) to The Berkeley Partnership for a fascinating session on the science of sleep. From busting myths and introducing the Kipometer, to his humorous “Taking the Stress out of sleep” framework, James helped us rethink how we rest. A big thank you to James for helping us all sleep a little smarter!
