At Deloitte, she worked primarily with technology and consumer products clients to build and deliver enterprise-wide and global operating model and organizational design strategies, as well as on holistic change management and talent engagements to activate DEI and ESG programs. Emmy is excited to build on her existing experience and apply her skills to a broader range of client challenges at Berkeley. Anneka joins Berkeley after 9 years in Accenture’s Talent & Organization practice where she focused on change management for large-scale technology transformations. She has partnered with industry leaders in financial services to navigate the implementation of new technologies and the adoption of new ways of working for their organization. Her experience includes leading multiple workstreams and managing global teams to address challenges and deliver results. Emma joins our London office from Deloitte where she specialised in delivering global transformation programmes for financial services clients.
